The public man-day amount is a reference; the quotation states inspectors, days, batch, sampling method and report.

Separate unless listed: third-party testing, sorting, reinspection and supplier rework.
Quoted per shipment or batch after the goods, quantity, consolidation, packaging checks and handover work are confirmed.

Separate unless listed: goods, warehousing, carrier freight, insurance, customs, duties, taxes and importer responsibilities.
Quoted by phase or task after an initial review of the China connection, supplier, evidence and requested remedy.
