Sinovanta is a China sourcing, product development, and manufacturing support brand operated by Beijing Wenge Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. To improve project coordination for Russian clients, a VTB Bank (Public Joint-Stock Company) Shanghai Branch corporate account channel has been added to eligible project payment arrangements.
The channel applies only when the contracting party, project background, end use, and business documents pass project and bank review. The contracting entity, account holder, currency, and remittance instructions are confirmed in the contract and formal payment notice.
What technical services can Sinovanta provide to Russian clients?
Subject to project objectives, use cases, technical inputs, and delivery conditions, Sinovanta can evaluate work in the following areas:
- Web platforms, SaaS, business systems, mobile applications, and device-side software
- AI algorithms, computer vision, data processing, RAG, and edge deployment
- Embedded systems, firmware, FPGA, platform adaptation, and interface integration
- Hardware prototypes, sensor integration, PCBA coordination, device control, and integrated product development
- Supplier development, technical sourcing, factory audits, quality control, production follow-up, and delivery coordination
What does the additional VTB Shanghai account channel mean?
It adds a corporate banking option for technical projects that pass project and bank review. Contracts, invoices, milestones, acceptance records, and remittance information can be checked before signing against the actual transaction.
Adding an account channel does not mean every transaction will be processed. Currency, payment route, fees, timing, and required documents depend on the contracting party, project background, the client bank, intermediary banks, applicable rules, and review of each transaction.
How can a Russian client start a project?
- Submit the customer entity, development objective, end use, delivery location, technical inputs, schedule, budget, and acceptance criteria
- Complete a preliminary review of technical feasibility, resources, restricted matters, and project risk
- Agree on scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance, intellectual property, and support boundaries
- Confirm the contracting entity, account holder, currency, payment route, and business documents under project and bank requirements
- Execute design, development, testing, milestone acceptance, production introduction, and technical documentation transfer
Service and account-use boundaries
Sinovanta can receive and evaluate Russian client projects that fit its capabilities and applicable rules. This does not mean every project will be accepted and is not a promise of a payment route, transfer time, or bank-review result. Projects involving restricted technology, sensitive end use, designated parties, export controls, or sanctions require separate review and may be declined.
This announcement does not concern credit, financing, or guarantees. It does not indicate a strategic partnership, recommendation, or endorsement involving Sinovanta, Beijing Wenge Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., and VTB Shanghai beyond an account-service relationship.
